In personal coaching, first meeting plays a key role as it helps to understand the harmony between yourself and the coach. It also sets the target for the upcoming sessions and establishes a concord. In the first session, I’d like to clarify the general direction person wants to achieve. We agree on a general roadmap. Then the Journey to the “New World” starts. Based on my experience, I suggest to work on minimum of 6 sessions to see the impact of coaching. This is also agreed upon together. The session duration is on average between 60-90 minutes. For coaching to help you bring the transformation or realization into your life, most important thing is what you want to focus on. Here are some general examples that might help you:

  • Life in general: How can I live a life I desire, invite more ease into it? How can I live my life more consciously? What should I do to achieve what I desire? …
  • Life Purpose: What is my life purpose? How can I discover it? What really matters for me in my life? How can I integrate these into my life and my decision process? …
  • Success: How can I be more successful? What is my definition of success? How can I utilize my abilities better in life or work? What can I do to make sure my work life is in line with what I desire?…
  • Self-Expression: How can I express myself more easily and clearly? I tend to not to express myself, when I think I would upset others. How can I overcome that? …
  • Project/Dream: What can I do to make my dreams come true? How can I be sure that this is really what I want? What do I need to do to realize my dreams? …
  • Relationships: What can I do to improve my relationships? How can I express myself better with the people close to me? Other’s expectations are impacting me a lot, how can I overcome that? …
  • Time management: How can I use my time more effectively? I want to improve my time management and planning, what can I do? How can I create more time for the things I want to do? …
  • Specializing in new Field: I want to become specialized in a new field, is this the right one? I have taken some steps; I need help with the rest of it. How can I integrate this new field into my existing life? …
  • Motivation: How can I increase my motivation? I am not sure what motivates me anymore. How can I find that out and sustain my motivation for it? …
