The Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Program (PQ) is an 8-Week, weekly scheduled, individual-based program. Evidence shows that, at the end of the program, the development in the brain can be detectable even with an MRI device. This program is also supported by one on one coaching sessions.

The PQ Program determines thought patterns, that we call saboteurs, that create stress, anxiety, etc. specific to each individual.
